talk, chew and yawn.

Symptoms

TMJ disorders have many signs and symptoms. Some of these Include:

  • Migraines and chronic headaches,
  • Earaches as well as pain or pressure behind your eyes.

  • Clicking or popping while opening or closing your mouth.

  • Pain brought on by yawning, chewing or opening your mouth widely.

  • Jaws that “get stuck”, lock or go out.

  • Tenderness of the Jaw muscles.

  • Change in the way your upper and lower teeth fit together.

Causes

Some commons causes of TMD are clenching or grinding teeth as well as Day to Day stress.
